It is also designated for candidates with a Master's of Science degree, in a research track with thesis, from another accredited academic institution. The application of such a candidate will be considered on the basis of previous studies and research achievements, letters of recommendation and occasionally (but not necessarily) a personal interview. Candidates from non-Israeli universities or institutions of higher learning must submit GRE scores (in the general tests as well as in the subject they wish to apply to). Candidates whose mother tongue is not English are required to submit TOEFL or IELTS scores.
