How to Apply The Master of Science program is open to citizens of all nations, regardless of religion, race, or gender. Eligibility for application is contingent upon:
Minimum Requirements

A candidate applying for admission to this degree program must have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from an accredited local or foreign institution of higher learning or other certificate deemed equivalent by the specific Board of Studies.

The threshold for applying is an 85 grade point average in undergraduate studies.

| 3. |
Candidates from non-Israeli universities or institutions of higher learning must submit GRE scores (in the general tests as well as in the subject they wish to apply to). The Feinberg Graduate School code for the GRE tests is 3398. Also, candidates whose mother tongue is NOT English are required to submit TOEFL scores as well.

Application Deadline The deadline for submitting the application for an academic year starting in October/November is May 31st of that year.
Online Application Form Candidates must first submit an online application form. This service is not available from midnight to 2 a.m. (Israel time).
Online Monitoring of the Procedure After submitting the online application form, candidates receive a message informing them that the application has been received. Later on (within a few hours or a few days) they also receive an email containing a User ID and password, enabling them to access a particular URL and monitor online the status of their application. This service is not available from midnight to 2 a.m. (Israel time).
The Application File In addition to the online registration, candidates are requested to submit an application file in which documents must be filed in the order specified below. The file should be a folio size (24cm x 34cm) plastic file with a transparent cover on top and a colored cover on the bottom (available in most stationary stores). Applicants should ensure that the color of their application file matches the color assigned to the Field of Studies of their choice. If the specific color is not available, then a different color may be used as long as it is not one of the following colors:

Candidates wishing to apply to more than one field of study, should enclose a letter describing their reasons, and file it as the first document in your application file. Required Documents and their Order in the File The first document listed below should be at the top of the file and in the following order:

Foreign applicants must submit GRE scores (including subject test). Scores must be sent to us directly from the GRE Testing Center. Our institution code number is 3398. Foreign applicants, whose mother tongue is NOT English, must submit TOEFL scores. This requirement, and the evaluation of the results, is the prerogative of the relevant Board of Studies.

About the Letters of Reference

The subject of each reference letter should include the applicant name followed by the phrase: "M.Sc. Applicant".

Reference letters may be attached to the application file

Letters in sealed envelopes may be attached to the application file

| 4. |
Reference letters that arrive at the FGS prior to the application file are held until the corresponding application file is received. |

All letters received by the FGS are filed upon arrival. Applicants should monitor and follow the progress of their application online. |

Pre-requisite for a Review by the Board of Studies Only complete files (containing all the aforesaid documents) will be referred to the Board of Studies for review.
