Timeline

Tentative Dates – Summer 2013
June 25, 2013 – August 20, 2013.

Duration
The official program lasts approximately eight weeks.

Online Application Form
The first step in the application process is to complete the online application form, which opens for new applications on November 1st each year.

Application Deadline
Online application and document submission for the summer of the following year must be completed by December 31st.
For Summer 2013 the deadline has been extended to January 31, 2013.

Results
Results are usually available by March 15th.

Confirmation
Students accepted to the program are required to confirm their participation, or decline it, in writing, by April 30th.

Itinerary Information
Following their confirmation of participation, students should make their travel plans and inform the program coordinator of their itineraries.
