Koshland Fellowships
Koshland Fellowships are awarded to exceptionally qualified candidates who have received a Ph.D. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution within three years of taking up the appointment. The successful candidates will be known as Koshland Scholars.

The Selection Process
One does not apply to the Koshland Stipends. Selection of the Koshland Fellows is done by the Institute following the rounds of selection of candidates for the Deans of Faculties Fellowships. Therefore, there is no need for additional forms.

Time Limit
The Koshland Fellowship is tenable for two years, with the possibility of an extension for a third year.

Koshland Fellows are granted the following additional benefits:

	A one-time grant of US$5,000 at the end of their first year
	An increased annual travel allowance ($4,140 instead of $1,640)
